Fine Paints of Europe and Pantone Colors

I was recently on a designer’s blog. She was discussing color trends and PANTONE’s color of the year came up. Pantone is leading color specifier and pantone colors are used extensively in the print and other industries.
Customers frequently ask us to match PANTONE Colors with paint and it always involved bringing samples back and forth for computer or hand tinting. A few years back PANTONE and Fine Paints of Europe partnered up to provide what PANTONE says was “the only paint brand with the brightness and quality in its product to support the color variety offered in PANTONE Color Systems.”
PANTONE PAINTS from Fine Paints of Europe are formulated using only the finest pigments, oils and resins, never resorting to inexpensive fillers they are tinted with a unique proprietary system employing two separate color wheels, one for waterborne paints and one for traditional, solvent-borne paints. By utilizing product-specific colorants and avoiding the use of the industry-standard, glycol-based universal colorants, the Fine Paints of Europe tinting system provides a level of accuracy, covering power and beauty unobtainable from any other source.
These unique colorants are one of the reasons for the popular high gloss “lacquer” look that can be achieved using Fine Paints of Europe Brilliant paint.
Fine Paints of Europe is a recognized quality leader in the North American paint industry. Fine Paints has always focused on the beauty of the paint itself - the depth of color, the touch and the durability. PNP Craftsmen is proud to be a Fine Paints of Europe Certified Painter.
