Unless otherwise requested, all of PNP Craftsmen’s contractor proposals include materials. Our estimators stay up-to-date and are trained on the latest materials available. Whether your concern is high durability, the environment or your budget, we will specify a product that meets your needs.

Painting in Manhattan
PNP Craftsmen is your Manhattan painting expert company. We specialize in brownstones and highrise buildings that require insurance. We will work with your building management company to get insurance certificates issued in your name and to have all other parties your building requires covered in writing.
Our proposals include $1,000,0000/$2,000,000 liability coverage, workers compensation and disability insurance. Higher limits are available upon request for an additional charge, however there is never an additional charge to name additional insured parties required by your building.

We provide the highest level of service and workmanship equally to our commercial customers and our home clients. PNP performs quality painting work for apartments, single-family homes and other residential properties throughout New York City and the New York area.
Guarantee
PNP Craftsmen guarantees all workmanship and materials for up to two years. Ask your estimator for a copy of important limitations that may apply.
